Paws & Pup Beds.
How does the Paws & Pup bed work?
The soft faux fur and raised rim of our beds give your pup the familiar sense of burrowing into their mother's fur coat. This allows them to feel safe, secure and relaxed as they sleep.
Our beds are also designed with high quality padding that supports your pup for maximum comfort while they nap.
Can the Paws & Pup bed really improve my dog's behaviour and health?
Absolutely. The thing is, when your dog is getting a great sleep, it'll feel happier and less anxious, leading to a more healthy lifestyle. Just like us humans, a healthy dog starts with a quality sleep.
Are the beds machine washable?
You can hand wash or machine was your Calming Dog bed. For machine wash, place the full bed into the machine and wash on a delicate, cold cycle.
What size bed should I choose?
We have a size guide which you can find on this page that can help you match the size of your pup with the right bed size. When in doubt, always choose the size bigger as it'll just mean your pup has more space to sprawl out and play in. Can I buy a Paws & Pup bed in stores?
Paws & Pup is only available on our online store. We prefer to sell directly to you so we can give you the best experience possible.
Where is it made?
Our company is a bit of a melting pot. Paws & Pup was born in Australia, our team is based out of Melbourne and Los Angeles, and our production team is in China where we work closely with our supplier to bring you high quality products.
Shipping.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
We offer 5-10 day reliable shipping times. *COVID is still affecting shipping times to certain destinations, so please allow a minimum of 7-14 business days for shipping worldwide during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Europe and Singapore.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE for the following countries:
Australia
New Zealand
USA
Canada
UK
France
Germany
Spain
Austria
Poland
Russia
Singapore
For countries outside of these, shipping costs vary from $15 - $40.
Payments & Returns.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We process all orders in AUD. While the product prices on our site can be viewed in several currencies (AUD, NZ, USD, CAD, GBP, EURO), checkout will be in AUD at the most current exchange rate.
What's your money-back guarantee?
We know it takes time for your dog to get used to it's new bed, which is why we offer a 30 day trial. If for any reason your pup isn't loving their Paws & Pup even after 30 days, send it back for a full refund.
How do I exchange or return?
Email us at hello@pawsnpup.com and we'll sort it out within 24 hours.
What if I put the wrong shipping address?
If the order has not been shipped yet, please email us at hello@pawsnpup.com with the subject 'URGENT address change' as soon as possible so we can add the correct address before your order is shipped. If it has been shipped, our team will work it out with you and the courier to have it redirected if possible.
